As part of the SCX ‘customer first’ approach, we listened to our customers demands in order to improve our ‘out of hours’ service and decided to source assistance.

All the calls will be answered in the name of SCX Ltd and each handler will be trained to deal with your breakdown enquiry.

The system is extremely reliable and an accurate report is delivered each morning to the Customer Service Department to review and follow up if necessary.
