Integral Cradles & CoxGomyl Merger

The Directors of CoxGomyl, EW Cox UK and Integral Cradles are pleased to announce that Integral Cradles has been appointed as the sole distributor for CoxGomyl access equipment for the United Kingdom and the Republic of Ireland.

Integral Cradles will be renamed CoxGomyl Integral (CGI) and will be fully supported by Tony Long the Managing Director of EW Cox UK (formerly Cradle Runways manufacturing) who will provide Project Management and Project Delivery assistance on all future projects. CoxGomyl Integral will join the Dartford office.

With the technical and commercial support provided to the UK market directly from CoxGomyl Group, CGI will be provided with a robust and supportive structure for the future growth of the company. Further technical support will be provided from CoxGomyl in Madrid, Dubai and Melbourne, and from Integral Cradles’ parent company - the SCX Group in Sheffield.

We are delighted to announce that Kevin Walton has been appointed Managing Director of CGI. Mark Casey (CEO of CoxGomyl Group) will join the Board of Directors of CGI.
