Integral Cradles Ltd acquires maintenance company

The management of facade access specialist Integral Cradles Limited is delighted to announce the aquisition of Guardian Cradle Safety Systems Limited (renamed Guardian Cradle Maintenance). Guardian Cradle Maintenance now joins the SCX group of companies.

The acquisition represents an important strategic step with Integral Cradles Ltd investing heavily in the maintenance market to balance the existing successes that have been realised with their new installation business.

Guardian Cradle Maintenance is an established company offering expertise within the field of permanent access equipment maintenance. The company are able to offer maintenance and repair services using reliable and experienced service engineers, covering the whole of the UK and providing a 24 hour call out service.

We are pleased to announce that Ray Jeffrey will remain as the Maintenance Director and that all the current staff of Guardian Cradle Maintenance will be retained, with new personnel being added to provide a robust and supportive structure for the growth of the company.
